Success Fact: The Pack a.d.
The support of the Radio Starmaker Fund has absolutely been integral to our growth as a band here in Canada, as well as internationally. It’s given us the means to hire sound technicians and crew, raising our performances to the next level. Due to the confidence that Starmaker affords us, we've gone on tour with major bands such as Our Lady Peace, Tokyo Police Club and Alice in Chains and played numerous high profile festivals in Canada, the US and Europe.
Having the ability to hire publicists to work print and online outlets, as well as radio promoters has been instrumental to our career and we've consistently seen the results.
In 2014, we were nominated for a Juno – a mind blowing level of consideration to attain. Without the Radio Starmaker Fund, we would have had to turn down a number of opportunities simply by being unable to afford those financial realities. This support not only helps us but also contributes to the thriving music scene in our country.
